What we do in Gürsu
This is Gürsu in Konyaaltı, Antalya — not the Gürsu district of Bursa. It is the first neighbourhood you reach after crossing the Boğaçayı stream from Liman and Hurma; Altınkum lies to the east across Gazi Mustafa Kemal Bulvarı and Uluç to the north, while several seafront hotels stand along Akdeniz Bulvarı. Streets are numbered in the 300s. Handy landmarks: 353rd Street, one of the main ways into the neighbourhood; the Saturday market on 308th Street; and Konyaaltı Kültür Merkezi (the cultural centre), where 306th and 307th Streets meet.
Much of Gürsu is gated complexes with pools, security at the gate and a management office — Lal Sitesi on 318th Street is one of them. Flats here usually have multi-point steel doors. If yours has only slammed shut, we try a damage-free door opening first. Tell the complex’s security your block and flat number after calling us so we are not kept waiting at the gate; if management wants a staff member present, that is fine with us.
Gürsu has grown fast, so plenty of people are new to their flat and have no idea how many keys are still around. If the lock works well, a cylinder replacement makes every old key useless; if the bolt sticks or the lock is worn, a full lock change is the better fix.

Gürsu locksmith: FAQ
I rent a flat in a Gürsu complex. Can you open the door if the flat is not in my name?
Yes, as long as you can show that you live there: your passport plus the rental contract, a utility bill or an e-Devlet residence document. For a holiday let, the booking confirmation and a message from the owner will do. We check this before opening any door.
Can you copy the key to our pool gate or car park?
Usually, if the key type allows it. Some complex managements only allow copies with their approval, so check with them first. With special key profiles we look at the key before saying yes. See key cutting for details.
My steel door is double-locked with the key inside. Will it be damaged?
We start with the method that leaves the door and lock intact. With a double-locked multi-point door that is not always possible; sometimes the cylinder has to be replaced. You hear what we plan to do and what it costs before we start, and nothing happens without your OK.
